1. Acceptance

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What this site is

AnnuityLens Retirement Insurance Services LLC is a licensed insurance agency. This site provides general educational information about annuities and a questionnaire that may connect you with a licensed insurance agent.

3. Not advice

Nothing on this site is investment, legal, tax or individualized financial advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to purchase any product. We are not a bank, a broker-dealer, or a registered investment adviser. Any product type indicated by the questionnaire reflects only the answers you provided and is not a recommendation. A licensed agent will determine which annuity, if any, is in your best interest based on your full circumstances.

4. No guarantee of accuracy

Rates, caps, payout figures, product features and reviews are illustrative, are gathered from carrier and third-party sources, and may be out of date or incorrect. They are not an offer or a quote. Verify all figures with the issuing carrier before acting.

Where you submit your telephone number and agree to the consent language presented at the point of submission, you authorize contact as described there, including by automatic telephone dialing system, pre-recorded or artificial voice, and AI generative voice. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any good or service, and you may revoke it at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false information, submit another person's contact details, scrape or copy the site, or interfere with its operation.

7. Binding arbitration and class action waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, this website, or any communications you receive from us shall be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration, administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.

You and AnnuityLens each waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in any class, collective, consolidated or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of representative proceeding.

Opt-out: you may reject this arbitration provision by sending written notice to arbitration@annuitylens.example within 30 days of first accepting these terms, stating your name and intent to opt out. Opting out does not affect any other part of these terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
